Anuario Azucarero de Cuba. Cuba Sugar Year Book. 1943-1945, 1947.

Very useful annual publication with articles, statistics and information relevant to the Cuban sugar industry edited by Cuba Económica y Financiera.  The lists of active sugar companies contain more information (including area of cane land or workers employed) than we find in other publications. Also maps and plenty of advertisments. The war years typically have less than 200 pages but 1947 is over 270. Available online through Google. Spanish and English.
